My First Attempt

Can you remember a time in your life were you first attempt to ride a bike or your first attempt at sports as a kid. What about your first attempt to concurring love as a teenager? We have all been there. It’s that drive and desire that pushes a person to become better at it. When you first embark on an unfamiliar journey path through life, you may come across different challenges that can impact your outcome in life. Like the old saying my grandma use to say “everything you do, every step left or right you take can make or break you”. For me it seems like I struggle at everything I do, nothing is ever easy for me it seems. In some strange way this gives me the courage to push on when the tough gets tougher. It’s a proven fact to me that in my life my “let downs” and unfortunate “setbacks”, sets the tone for a new beginning for me. It’s like when you get in to a car wreck and you total your car out your insurance company sends you a check for a brand new car. You’re sad because you lost a car but in the other hand if you didn’t lose that car, you wouldn’t be able to be driving a brand new car off the lot .I compare this scenario to my life to show the similarities. When I began to pick up the pieces of my shattered life, I become motivated and I start to focus on “how I can do better”. The path that I’m on now in my life is to stay in school and obtain a degree here at Ashford University. Before I embarked on this journey I went through a major crisis of infidelity with my partner. When I discovered this secret I was devastated and embarrassed. Thinking to myself “how could I not notice this infidelity going on around me” I was at my all-time lowest, I just lost the love of my life to my then Best friend. After going through all that I lost my Job of 3 years. Which then lead me to losing my car and home. During this time period I was highly
