I want to thank you because you helped me with so many things in school. You also joke around with us whenever we talk about Mr. Cox or other things. Anyway, without you, I wouldn’t have been getting straight A’s on my grade link. You helped me try getting up my grades and that’s another reason why you are one of my favorite
Robin, and the ages of children in this room are between six to sixteen months. They were in the classroom The areas that I score were 32 in which include this subscales: the space and furnishings, personal care routines, listening and talking, activities, interaction, program structure. I am very impress with the center. I notice that the teacher and the stuff in general have an excellent parents communication. They really involve parent in their children activities and also they talk about children routines and how they can improve that time with the children.
Our teachers were very old and wise so they knew that this wouldn’t just be a learning experience for the 8th graders but also the 1st. They learned that civil literacy meant that they not only needed to worry about themselves but helping someone else out. I went through this stage as an 8th grader and was one of the best experiences of my life. I was able to socialize, have fun, go on field trips and other fun activities with my very own 1st grader. The thing is this doesn’t go on in every other grade school; those other kids that don’t get this option are stuck.
I still excelled the best I could do at all academic studies which made me rather excited about the prospect of going to college I thought focusing on academic challenges, should provide the extra stimulation and opportunity to let me soar. I have come to understand the harsher conformity of lower level courses. Gatto says “after that episode with his grandpa set him straight cured him of boredom forever, and here and there over the years I was able to pass on the lesson to some remarkable student. For the most part, however, I found it futile to challenge the official notion that boredom and childishness were the natural state of affairs in the classroom. Often I had to defy custom, and even bend the law, to help kids break out of this trap”.
Erica Goldson Valedictorian Speech Response Erica Goldson brought up a very controversial and very interesting topic about our current education system in the US. She states that students are so focused at memorizing data and getting good grades, that they miss out on the whole idea of learning and being educated. I agree with her, students should be learning and absorbing the material, instead of memorizing for the next big test and just forgetting about it later on. Graduating seems like the top priority in students nowadays, and to me that is just upsetting. And the students who are very talented and are very motivated to learn and be driven in a non-academic subject seem to have a more negative image than the people who are driven by academics.
In the article “Fear of Heights: Teachers, Parents, and Students are Wary of Achievement.” Author Bob Chase, who is president of the National Education Association pointed that teachers and parents should more worried about the students who involved in many extracurricular activities after school. He called these students are the “C” students. We know in all of the school teachers like the “A” students because they concentrate in class, serious write notes and review, all of the test result are also very good. Instead, the “C” students very busy every day. Since they into the class, they don't stop talking, send messages and also have a lot of function in school clubs.
I’m a well-eddicated lady and I’m trying to revolutionise this school with my teaching, but it isn’t going to be possible if I can’t get control of a class of six year olds. I know, sir, don’t give up; I suppose the kids mean well. Though their pity makes me angry, I appreciate their comforting gestures. I guess that I will just press on. That’s all we can do in this day and
Being the first person in my family to get a college degree makes me feel so good. Setting example for children and letting them see that mommy can do it is priceless. The things that we do in life as far as school wise are thing we can take us to the next level is just a lot of us lose hope we are not sure where to go. I though getting a high school diploma was fine for me. I felt school was not for me because I have dyslexic and, I feel people just don’t want to help me.
His teachers are responsible for giving him the tools he needed to succeed. The No Child Left Behind Act was made for this reason, so schools can hire adequate teachers to challege students and make them better in school. I am content that the No Child Left Behind Act was passed because all my teachers help me a lot and make sure they are doing their best so I can be ready for college. If the No Child Left Behind Act was not passed, then there would be more schools like Ballou. Schools where kids do not try and are not guaranteed to make it through
The always do their best in every assignment that is give to them by the teachers. Sometimes they like to interrupt or add on to what the teacher had said or done. Teachers sometimes teachers ask them for information on a subject that the teachers themselves do not know anything about. I label them as teachers because they can practically teach the class sometimes. These types of students do there best to make them look good.
