Samara Wilson Eng. Comp. 1 TR 9:30-10:50 Mr. Habib 8 September 2009 My Bedroom Oh how I miss my bedroom at my old house so much. I can remember the aroma of my room so well. How I wish I could go back to my room and just jump on the bed and waddle in it. It wasn’t the biggest room but it was my room and I loved it. I don’t think any room that I will ever get will compare to my room at my old house. I believe the saddest day of my life was when my grandmother called me at work and told me that our house had caught on fire and my room was the second to burn. Within the rest of my paper I will be describing to you the aroma of my room and the contents of my room that made me feel so joyous. Even writing this paper now I can remember every sent in my room. I can remember so vividly the smell of my strawberry-mango, green apple, and blue raspberry candles I had bought from a lady at my high school to support the Junior-Senior prom. The fragrance of those candles was so strong you didn’t even have to light the candle, all you had to do was take the top off the jar and the aroma filled the whole room. I also remember how my room used to smell when I plugged up all my curling irons and flat irons to do my hair. The irons and the smell of oil sheen and spritz used to make my room smell like my favorite hair salon. The thing I remember the most is that when my grandmother used to cook, I used to get full just by the aroma of the food because it used to fill my room up so. I would give anything to be able to go back to my old room and just smell all the aromas that made my room my room. Before our house burnt up, I remember telling my grandmother that I was going to make some major changes and I was going to start with my room. My grandmother had bought me a red bed frame and to go with it I bought a comforter set with red and green roses on one
