Music is a universal language. Music is an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color. Music is something everyone looks forward to when they don’t know how to explain how they’re feeling. Everyone has a favorite song they can go back and listen to. Whether you just want to make time pass by faster, or use it to study, everyone can enjoy music, no matter how old or young. When was music invented? Music wasn't invented; it is something that's been with us since the dawn of humanity. You will never hear someone not talk about their favorite artist as a kid, teenager, or present terms. Music is a universal language. Everyone, everywhere has musical culture. In some areas they use Congo drums, tambourine, guitar, banjo, piano. The most popular instruments in the United States are the guitar, piano, keyboard, violin, clarinet, tabla, banjo, drums, saxophone, and the trumpet. In average a person listens to thousands of minutes of music each year. Most people base their life on music. After all, when words fail, music speaks. Many people don’t know how to express themselves, and music is one way to truly express yourself. Not only does it help with expressing yourselves, it can be an anthem, a national song, and an educational song, ECT. Studies show that music helps people recover from tough situations. Also, music can cause depression if already in a tough situation, some listen to music that only brings them on a lower type mood. Music brings back memories. Music isn’t just something people listen to, it tells a story. Most musicians consider their music to be their diary in a way. Musicians share personal stories or thoughts when writing and composing their music. So, next time you listen to your favorite artist, whether it’s The Beatles, Kelly Clarkson,
