INTRODUCTION Aftermath of the Second World War, both of international politics and within the realm in Turkey, there were certain developments which were effective on new formation of Turkish Politics. The new formation, multi-party regime, is composed of three or more political parties that they can have right to control of government. Multi-party regime was given a great build up in the political stage and press at that time. Until 1945, CHP was in power single handed, but from that day forward multi-party period started with establishment of the National Development Party in 1945 by Nuri Demirağ who was a rich manufacturer. It is a short lived party because was closed by Inonu. In 1946, a strong opposition movement appeared from within the party ,which complained about the oppressive management of the party and wanted more freedom and democracy, the Democratic Part was founded by “Setting Forth” or
