Likewise in science, students are asked questions, and allowed to make observations, engage actively in experiments, collect and analyze data, and make logical conclusions. In this math and science lesson students will learn about telling time and will carry out simple experiments to find out how long it takes to complete different activities. Grade level One Subject or title Telling time Time allotment 5 days Prior knowledge To assess their prior knowledge I will put the words: digital clock, analog clock, hour, and half-hour on the board and ask students to draw what they think these words mean.
