Like many men they joke around and have their own personal secrets. Most of the time these friends act just as they are, like men. Frank and Kenny always ridicule Tub about his weight. The Crucible: The Book or The Movie? When asked the question in which format, the book or the movie, do you as the student get more out of? I personally was able to appreciate the concepts of this story better in the movie than in the book. Its not just the fact that I am a bit more of a visual learner but the simple fact the movie was fantastic because of its wonderful portrayal of the characters and the cohesiveness between the movie and the book. The actors in this movie make an all star cast of Hollywood’s most heralded and respected people.

William Everett Dr. Andrew Plattner English 1101 31 October 2012 Citizen Kane Evaluation Citizen Kane is a movie about a multimillionaire in the newspaper business named Charles Foster Kane. The movie was very good, and I would definitely watch it again. There were many aspects of the movie I found to be very intriguing and excellent, and it certainly was entertaining. Overall I found the movie to be very well put together, and in my opinion definitely a classic. When it comes to the things I liked about the movie there were several.
The dynamics were very forte because the vocalist, Vic Fuentes has a very strong and passionate voice that electrifies and brings to life every lyric. The tempo was allegro, as I said it was very fast paced and made you want to dance. The instrumentation was fabulous, the musicians, Jaime Preciado: Bass, Tony Perry: Guitar, and Mike Fuentes: Drums (who is my idol because I play the drums as well) are by far the best musicians I’ve ever heard in a post hardcore band. They take their music seriously, while also having fun and never losing their unique sound. “Yeah Boy and Doll Face” As they played this very beautiful and romantic song, they pulled up a girl from the crowd and Vic sang it to her.
Movie Assignment LeAndre Roberts Dr. West Bacone College 3/19/14 The movie I chose to watch was, “Do The Right Thing” directed by Spike Lee. There are a lot of things that I loved about this movie. For starters, Spike Lee directed the movie which was an added plus for the whole film. Spike Lee uses the same actors for most of his movies like Adam Sandler does for most of his films. It is unique for most film directors to do so, but for this film Spike Lee used his actors in perfect roles.
The final piece they played was called Strange Humors for String Quartet and Dejembe. This was by far my favorite piece. There was a sound to it that made it sound like it could be the final song in an Indiana Jones like movie. I thought this because of the added bongo sound, and the way that they rarely played the same tune, but it still blended into a desert sounding piece. All in all, I am glad I went to this concert, the first half got a little long, but the second half was very enjoyable.
I for one enjoy it for the retro style that reminds me of the good old days. Also the fact that every tile has information regarding its productivity and resources helps us a lot. 3: Baba Yetu This Civ masterpiece received the first videogame music’s Grammy award.
