Putting in the time and effort for each employee allows them to see that you care about their performance and how far they can go within the company. Allowing them to have a certain level of responsibility shows them their opinions are important, they are not there just as an employee, but as a valuable team member. Servant leadership is all about creating teamwork, community, and allowing for others to be involved in decision making, strong ethics, and caring behavior. Once a reputation is created, a good brand company will have an easier time recruiting qualified candidates, because candidates come in already understanding what the company stands for as an employer.
