Dear Prof. Gulesserian My name is Vitaliy, I’m from Kazakhstan… I have been finished Karaganda State Medical Academy in 2004, pediatric faculty. After successfully finishing undergraduate education I was attending internship in Karaganda Region Children clinical hospital. According to my professional experience I was working from 2005 to 2008 in children hospital, pediatric anesthesiology and intensive care unit, as intensive care doctor and anesthesiologist. I’m physician of pediatric anesthesiology and intensive (critical) care unit now in the National Research Center of Maternal and Child Health. You know, we hadn’t physicians in my family: my father was a teacher, mother – economist. But I decided to be a doctor – children's doctor. I love children very much and wanted to be of benefit to them. That’s why I have decided to combine these two things and have chosen the profession of pediatrician. Now all my life closely associated with children: my ministry in the church, my job… And I believe that it’s not enough to be just doctor. I want to be good doctor. As a one way to improve my professionalism is postgraduate education. I’m sure that through this observership I will to grow up in my profession and I see a lot of opportunities for it. And more, when I’ll be back I will share all my new knowledge and experience with my colleagues in the my clinic through the my lectures for pediatricians. And who knows, probably my experience will be useful for my colleagues during this observership. So, it’s very good chance for me and I’ll be happy to take part in this observership. Yours faithfully, Sazonov
