Money Is The Biggest Motivator Of People At The Workplace Now, ladies and gentlemen, allow me to rebut the points laid out by the opposition. The speaker B said that Money Is The Biggest Motivator Of People At The Workplace. Unfortunately, I am strongly Disagree with your opinion that money is the biggest motivator of people at the workplace. If u can see in a different point of view Money is not the only motivation for worker because there are people who spend countless hours working in fields like teachers for example, who are not paid nearly with what they are worth. In this case, I believe that when you choose a profession, the first criteria for the selection is that one must love what they do, or else, you will be unhappy. For me what is necessary having a lot of money but you are working in unhappy environment at the workplace. Thing that I want to stand in here that you need to have an interest with your work first so you can have a great motivation. As you see around you, there are people who work in certain profession and will accept less money in order to gain entry in certain field. The important thing that We need to remember Money can’t buy happiness. Let me come to my first argument: I believe that responsibilities can be a major motivator at the workplace. We know that the meaning of responsibilities is a duty or task that you are required or expected to do. For example, When you are hired for a job, the employee will provides you a list of your duties, known as responsibilities. The boss tell you that it is your job to ensure the tasks on the list are completed when due. So, this is mean you gain motivation at the workplace because you know that there are unfinished things that required attention. Similarly, Your ability to be responsible and accountable is a direct result of the tasks you are assigned and this absolutely will boost your
