Branding, Pricing and Distribution l Marketing 21 November 2010 Create the domestic and global branding strategy. I plan to offer multiple products from my company in the U.S and abroad using the umbrella branding approach. Globally, the company will get branded using the same name and logo that is utilized in the U.S. The main product that I will offer is corporate security services and equipment. In addition to providing corporate security I will sell products unique to delivering a high quality security service. Those products include standard cameras, motion detector cameras, 32 channel 3 terabyte security DVR system, monitors, video entrance systems and biometric scanners. The services I will provide include personnel on site to monitor cameras and strategic security points around the corporate area 24/7, ESS (Executive Security Services) personnel security for executive employees and highly skilled RRT (Rapid Response Teams) to respond to any incidents that occur. After my company has established the reputation of being one of the top corporate security service providers I will expand the company by offering security equipment and services for residential consumers. I recently trademarked the company logo SNS and catch phrase “when it comes to security its SNS”. Determine and detail the optimum pricing strategy. We offer high-end security systems and services. SNS provides a product and service that is uniquely tailored to operate in an environment where the prevention of terrorism is the main objective of the service.
