• Difficulties of evaluating team performance The difficulties of evaluation in a team come from exhaustive care in analyze each member, then base on the appraisal information, reach a final evaluation the performance of the team. • Unique needs of a team appraisal According to Cascio an appraisal needs to be seen within 5 forms; Relevance, sensitivity, reliability, acceptability and practicality. Knowing the goal is easy to draw conclusions on a need assessment, bad and good members are analyzed with the same parameters, and so is important to be sensitive to this situation, we cannot perform an appraisal to a team by one situation or project.
