The scores show to me that Jesus is a not very satisfied, Shaila is comfortable and satisfied and Sam is very satisfied. The strengths of a person who is satisfied with their job are that they are committed; they do their best, and are reliable. Also their attendance is good and they are positive people to have working for the company. The weaknesses are that a person who is not satisfied may not care about the job. They may be unhappy with their pay, or the work environment, or even just the job duties.
Therefore people do change to not work for money but find work's meanings that may improve themselves. For Caproni, she shows a change from focusing on perfect work/life balance to focusing on living a self-satisfactory life. Her experience helps with illustrating the point that attempting to balance her life by working extremely efficiently, whereas later she felt a sense of being hurt because her "increased focus and
The leader is still in control, however, this leadership style allows others to use their personal experiences and expertise to help the team. An example of this style could be at a community meeting with the public; they bring forth their suggestions but in the end it is the leader that has the final say. Democratic leadership is very useful for problem solving and can produce high quality work because the workers are motivated. However, it can be very time consuming and expensive for the public services. The laissez-faire leader has a very hands off approach.
A work environment that leads to job satisfaction is more democratic than Phil's. In the short run, Phil is more effective in terms of reducing costs and increasing productivity, but in the long term, the high employee turnover will increase company costs. I would rather work for Ben. 3. If you were Phil Jones' boss, what would you do now?

In contrast, Phil Jones is more of an initiating structured and job-oriented leader. He focused and rested more interest in productivity. Now, Jane is frustrated that she has to act like a “kindergarden teacher”, when she is supposed to be more engaged with the business. Main Issues Andy Zimmerman is a bright star performer, but his ways with his colleagues are not congenial. He is a smart person with great insights and energy but when it comes to dealing with people he is not tactful enough rather he’s blunt to the extent of being intimidating, even to his boss Jane.
Do you think students would get better grades if they got paid? Some parents say that paying their children really works for them. Students should get paid for good grades because paying students is a great motivator, they will work harder, and they will more likely get higher scores and more improved grades. To begin with, students should get paid because money is an excellent motivator for students. Everyone else gets paid, for example if a janitor does a bad job, they still get their paycheck.
Self-Assessment Sandra Sharples MGT/311 January 11, 2013 Frank Scarpone Self-Assessment Three of my friends have completed the Self-Assessment for the assignment and I will give their results from the assessment. Two of my friends had the same personality score from the assessment while one of my friends had a completely different personality score from the assessment. They all three had totally different job satisfactions also that proved that every employee has a different personality and require different things from a job to be satisfied. The first person that completed the Self-Assessment was my friend Amanda. When it came to her being satisfied at her job, she was very satisfied because she is able to stay busy at all times.
Self-Assessments Bryan Johns MGT/311 - Organizational Development September 23, 2013 Frank Fletcher, Ed.D./MBA Self-Assessments This was a fun and interesting assignment. It was also a great way for me, as a Manager, to be shown how my employees feel about their job, their lives and where they work. I gave the assessments to three of my co-workers and could not wait for the results. The employees that completed the assessment were Vanessa Begley, Barra Touray and Mike Stachura. They are all employed at St. Regis Atlanta.
