At first I thought it was great that my company President, who is my direct boss, recognized my abilities and wanted me to handle key areas for the company. After five years, of being splintered, I realized that I cannot continue in all capacities. Not only are the positions lack my complete attention I am beginning to suffer in my health and personal life. In this exercise of this paper, I have made the decision to step down from two of the positions and focus one the position that will challenge me the most, learn a new skill set and add a revenue scream to the company. After listing the objectives and choosing the alternatives the dilemma as to what to do became very obvious and I will be moving forward to achieve my goal. I would prefer to be a dedicated supplier diversity for IT manager.
