Chris Farrow Gleason D Block Mean Girls Mean Girls is a film directed by Mark Waters. It is a satirical film that satirizes the social hierarchy in high school. The social hierarchy is the order of cliques in high school, such as jocks, preps, cheerleaders (sluts), “gangstas”, nerds etc. Lindsey Lohan stars in the film as Cady Heron, a nobody. She was homeschooled throughout her whole life, and lived in Africa. She moves to the United States and starts high school at North Shore High School. He is quick to judge peoples outfits, and is always wearing a bright-colored shirt. He isn’t afraid to hide his true self. Damien can also be an example of parody, because his character is making fun of gay characters from other movies. He is very obnoxious, and makes fun of himself a lot. I agree with the criticism in the film because it points out many flaws in high school, and how if you are popular you
