1. What are the problems in this scenario? I am sure that many of us have experienced tension and conflict in meetings. Sometimes it can be exciting and energizing, but it can also hurt the team's progress and morale. Role-playing takes place between the manager, programmer, and salesperson that act out roles to explore a particular scenario. They each specialize in their field, but the problems are that they are not working together as a team. By acting scenarios, they are likely to respond to different approaches and miscommunications. Louise, the manager, should have not take sides after calling out Ricardo for Frank to continue his problem. Frank may be the leading salesperson who has to deal with the situation when it actually happens (customer dissatisfaction). Ricardo, on the other hand, coming from a different culture with a different work experience may be the one that feel hostile regarding to Frank’s response, or depending on the scenario. Louise has lost her leadership skills in handling the situation after sensing of what her team is likely to be thinking and feeling in the situation. 2. How does Louise's personality (according to her MBTI score) play a role in this scenario? Louise is described as an ENFJ according to MBTI. ENFJ acronym represents Extraversion, Intuition, Feeling and Judging. Extraversion: Louise did not show this side of role. If she adapts this personality type, she will have an outgoing personality and enjoy spending time with her team. Also, being in social settings helps her feel energized. Intuition: She is showing this side of role. She likes to think about the future rather than the present. She may often become so focused on the larger goal that they lose sight of the immediate details. Feeling: She is showing this side of role.
