Maths- Garden Ponds and Fish Tank Investigation Plan: 1. First I am going to do different pond sizes and count the number of slabs around them and record the results in a table. I am going to go up to 10m by 10m. 2. Next I am going to find a pattern in my results and try to find out how many slabs are needed for a 100m by 100m pond. 3. After that I am going to find a formula for square ponds with the variable 'n' in it. 4. Then I am going to do the same with a rectangle and a triangle. 5. Finally I am going to do the fish tank using the same principals.
