On October 19, 1982, John Z. DeLorean was arrested at an airport hotel with several kilograms of cocaine. DeLorean was arrested the same day the British Government said it would permanently close the Northern Ireland plant, which built DeLorean’s cars. The arrest ended a five-month, undercover probe, which tracked the auto executive across the nation. His company was in severe financial problems, and he feared the possibility of his company’s being closed down by the government, which had extended loans to him. FBI agent Richard Bretzing said DeLorean came to Los Angeles to buy 220 pounds of cocaine for distribution in Southern California at a street price of $24
Ray Nagin-New Orleans mayor Former New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin has been convicted of bribery, money laundering, and other corruption charges (Associated Press 2014). He allegedly took thousands of dollars, went on free vacations and trips, and was given truckloads of granite for his family business (Associated Press 2014). Ray was mayor after the hectic Hurricane Katrina made landfall in Louisiana in 2005 and destroyed most of New Orleans (Associated Press 2014). He had fought so hard for the federal government to help New Orleans in their time of need, yet he was making unethical choices governing the city. I find this very interesting and disturbing since, who is to know if his fight was for the people of New Orleans or for himself and his family.

Famed journalist Mikael Blomkvist is hired by the Henrik Vanger, an older man searching for justice and peace for his niece Harriett Vanger. A 27-year-old boy named Connor wanted to get the medias attention for his knockout. He wanted to know if he hit a black person if it would be nationally televised. He was charged with a hate crime and also a 250,000-dollar fine if convicted and 10 years in prison. He punched a 79-year-old black man in the jaw so hard that he is faced with 2 jaw fractures and spent several days in the hospital. I think this game is very disturbing.
