X fm Ghana Osu –Accra 15th November 2010 SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL ORGANISTIONAL OVERVIEW Coastline entertainment is an event organizing company that seeks to develop programs and events to entertain university students, we have realized that the educational system in Ghana is too hectic and as a result we frequently organize entertainment programs to release the stress involved in studying and to reduce students’ underperformance, which is a driving force of stress. SCHEDULE Our upcoming event dubbed “CROSSOVER “(da official zenith end of semester party), scheduled for Cinderella’s night club Accra. On the Friday 3rd December 2010, it will start at exactly 10:00pm,rate would be ¢10 ghc for guys and free for ladies till 12pm. Our target market is 700 tertiary students from Legon, Ashesi Pentecost, and central, Methodist, Regent and all the other private tertiary institutions. OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROPOSAL This proposal is to seek your organization’s sponsorship for this program organized by coastline entertainment dubbed “CROSSOVER” BENEFITS OF SPONSORSHIP The platform offers a unique and attractive opportunity for your station, the following will be the economic impact of the sponsorship. 1.
