One of the benefits is it gives the consumers a long-lasting hair without using a straightening iron. Schwarzkopf shampoo is a product which the consumer is willingness and has the ability to pay for the product (Palmer 2009). Another benefit the consumer can gain is Schwarzkopf Shampoo Extra Care Straight & Glossy provide the consumer with healthy hair. According to appendix 1, it is proven the packaging stated that Schwarzkopf shampoo help to repair hair. Schwarzkopf Shampoo Extra Care Straight & Glossy has a very unique shape for packaging (refer to Appendix 1). Schwarzkopf shampoo has chosen a very distinct logo to attract their consumer (refer to Appendix 2). Those distinctive features of the packaging and labeling have helped to attract more consumers to consume Schwarzkopf shampoo. Features and attributes help to gain brand loyalty amongst their consumers. Schwarzkopf Extra Care Straight & Glossy provides different products that come along with the shampoo when the consumers buy it. There are conditioner, mousse, straightening balm, hairspray etc. (refer to Appendix 3). Besides that, Schwarzkopf shampoo has a unique formula with precious bamboo and orchid essence to straighten hair and leave it shiny too (refer to Appendix 4). Consumers are able to get extra service which is customer helpline. This service is provided to enable the customer to give some feedbacks to the company about their product that enables them to improve their product and know the market growth for their product.
