Santa Claus: The Untold Truth
The idea of Santa Claus is celebrated in many different countries across the world.   Actually many countries have different visualizations of this Santa Claus figure.   “Santa has about 31 hours of Christmas to work with, thanks to the different time zones and the rotation of the earth, assuming east to west. This works out to 967.7 visits per second” (Mike). Even if Santa were to make it to each individual home, he would only have 1/1000 of a second to do his deed.   For parents to brainwash their children into thinking that an overweight elderly man dressed in a red suit is able to travel the world in a single night, enter homes through the chimneys, keep a list of “naughty and nice” children , and enslave elf like people is absurd. With these points taken into consideration, Santa Claus is not real.
For one man to travel to millions of homes, not only in the United States but across the world, in such a short amount of time is impossible. In different countries Santa is a different race, but there can only be one Santa Claus.   Not only does this Santa Claus travel the world, he does it via magical flying reindeer.   In fact, the lead reindeer has a red nose that supposedly lights up the sky at night. Reindeer are not some special type of animal.   They are nothing more than your simple “North American caribou” (Eamer).   So not only has there never been one single piece of evidence to prove that there are “flying reindeer”, but for one to say that a caribou is able to grow a nose that illuminates when need be is ridiculous.   As for the sleigh that the these flying deer cart through the sky, it is entirely to small to hold every present that Santa Claus is suppose to drop off to the children.
