A personal work plan helps us to stay organized, meet deadlines and complete all the tasks involved in our job.
I believe this truly reflects my personality as I do consider myself well-organized, responsible, and reliable. In terms of leadership, I use these traits well to ensure my team gets the job done. Because I am well-organized, I have a good mindset of what to delegate and when. My team sees me as a responsible and reliable leader. I also scored high on scale-A (agreeableness).
When goals are supported by plans then it is possible to help the team to reach the target which is deliver quality standards to customers. We need to first break the goals into smaller achievable, measurable steps. We need the members to be clear about the actions they need to take in order to achieve the goals, the goals that involves customer service, objectives and standards has to be clear. Time frame, milestones and deadlines has to be identified. Specific roles will have to be given to individual team members and allocate resources that help goals to be achieved.

Being reliable, consistent and accountable for the organization your working for, creating long term visions for company growth.
An ideal employee displays a variety of traits that will likely make them more successful. Some of the traits include honesty, integrity, dependability, a positive attitude and strong work ethics. Honesty is a very important trait of a good employee. An honest employee abides by the set rules and guidelines enforced by an organization.

How do you ensure your work goals, plans and activities reflect your organisation’s plans and your personal work responsibilities (as detailed in your job description, performance plans, code of conduct, etc.)? I ensure that my work goals, plans and activities reflect my organisation’s plans and my personal work responsibilities by carefully setting out what tasks are scheduled to be completed and by when. This allows me to complete work on or before the due dates given. If there are changes to the schedule, the schedule will be replaced and redone to ensure everything is still completed on time.
