Based in Wacol Brisbane and is currently certified ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004, through certification body Bureau Veritas, Australia. This assessment was completed in the context of the Quality Assurance Departments auditing functions, and based on the annual audit planning project, in order to comply with organisational legislations, directives, and protocols. While strategically managing performance teams and abiding by the organisation’s strategies and policies. The QA Department identify team performance and implement strategies into daily routine. Establish Team Performance Plan Organisation Overview: Volvo Group is a global organisation focused on sustainable transport solutions. The company covers a wide range of products, services and business functions in 118 countries. This assessment is based on Volvo Group Australia (VGA). Products within VGA include Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Penta engines, Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Bus and Defence vehicles.
