Therefore, it can reflect the characteristics and features of the company. On the other hand, employees face more choices or options of their jobs. Apart from the salary offered, the culture of the company would be one of the factors for them to consider which company work. Furthermore, strong organizational culture can enhance better organizational performance by increasing employee initiative. In following essay, I would like to define the concept of organizational culture and thus discuss those benefits brought by strong organizational culture with real-life examples. Definition Organizational culture is classified as a system of organizational members has the same beliefs. According to the Wei (2003), it defined organizational culture as the way that the companies behave and advocate.
