I currently serve in three different managerial positions for a small company. At first I thought it was great that my company President, who is my direct boss, recognized my abilities and wanted me to handle key areas for the company. After five years, of being splintered, I realized that I cannot continue in all capacities. Not only are the positions lack my complete attention I am beginning to suffer in my health and personal life.
