As we ate our meal the waitress made many trips to give refills. The only problem with the service was the fact of another person bringing over our meal which is definitely understandable since the restaurant was considerably busy. Dining at Cracker Barrel was an enjoyable experience for me. With the abundance of fresh southern meals, and its unique and amazing environment, it simply helps you to relax while forgetting your troubles. During my visit to the Cracker Barrel I experience a historical atmosphere, the food was exceptional, the best of service, and although normally very busy, especially at prime season, it does not take long to get a table.
Panera Bread Company is a bakery café that concentrates on supplying their customers with upscale baked goods along with a variety of meals that can be ready in a short amount of time. compared to the average fast food restaurant Panera Bread has found a way to upgrade the experience of eating on the go. Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. Calveta dining services not only provide high quality food but also more personalized service by provide high quality meal service at lower cost to the residents of the senior living facilities (SLFs). Besides that, Calveta also provide the services exceptional customer experiences at every contact.
Also, the atmosphere needs to be welcoming and calm. The important thing is the freshness of the food, and the food being cooked to perfection as well as the right temperature. In addition the cafe needs to be well kept and have clean floors, tables, and utensils. The most important criteria would be that the service must consist of how fast my order is, and the overall quality of the cashier. The location of the cafe is always a big factor in whether or not I continue to eat there.
Buffet Assignment Part B: Report on the buffet The buffet was an interesting experience. I found that the recipes I chose yielded ten portions easily. These were no additional costs involved in the presentation of the dishes as I was specific in part A. I contributed to the layout of the buffet by helping set up the equipment that we needed i.e; spoons, tongs, hot water, hot boxes, carrying bainmarie’s and collecting service trays and dishes. I noticed that our buffet looked professional and well presented. This made people want to come back.
