Use my knowledge, not act to act, think things through before taking them out , analyze the situation , even when things look difficult , the situation that we face every day no matter that there is someone who we complicate these , there is always a way forward , the giving up is not an option , much less an exit. The knowledge generated from the analysis and experience will always be the determining factor in any situation. By reading this great book , complete learning he acquired a book I read just before this "Blink : The power of thinking without thinking " by Malcolm Gladwell , which shows the advantages and / or disadvantages as the case carrying out spontaneous actions or using the experience and it's not always good to do one but not the other . When we talk about business is a "war" , as it somehow, and we employ different strategies to achieve victory by either selling or buying the desired product at the desired price or slightly more advantageous for the company but not the only that could be taken by this author so I shall take the most significant points for this race. The negotiator is always the person who is representing the manager of the company or if it is the case , is the one that plans everything and brings supports ( soldiers ) to close a deal that the company is looking for , taking into account what Sun Tzu says we could see the negotiator as the general who leads the troops to achieve their goals, such negotiations should be quick but long term , that is, the treatment is being sought with the other company should be closed as soon as possible not to retract the other negotiator , but is long-term because we want to establish a business relationship with the other company . As a way to summarize we say that the most important or main take of the book is the fact quick end to the actions we are undertaking and seek partnerships with these before the competition or better strengthen our business relationship
