living the moment

I think living the moment is one of the important things that any living thing should do for their health. Whether if it is going for an adventure or enjoying a relaxing time, enjoying the moment could be done from the most safest to the wildest way. To really know how pure life is, feeling or living within that time phrase is exciting and relaxing at the same time. And when you are living the moment, other recognize and realize that you are having a good time. I don’t think anyone will have a bad time when they are living the moment. That would actually be more like living the torture. Reading poetry could be one of the things which some people might enjoy. And few people get so deep into the story that they feel what the poem is saying. I for one am not one of those people but at least found out that the characters in the poems or the poems itself carries the theme living the moment. The three poems were one those poems which are Vermeer by Stephen Mitchell, We Real Cool by Gwendolyn Brooks, and I felt a Funeral, in my Brain by Emily Dickinson. I want to start off by the poem We Real Cool by Gwendolyn Brooks, if it is even a poem since the poem is so short. I guess it is a poem because at the end of each line there is the word we put in or beginning at the sentence. This poem is about seven pool players describing themselves. The lines which were interesting were, “We real cool. We left school. We lurk late. We strike straight. We sing sin. And we die soon”. The poem has eight lines and six of those lines has described the characters well enough. 97. The characters think they are cool because they don’t go to school. They follow their own timing and do stuff their own way. They are not scared to talk straight or do what their intentions are. They swear or use profound languages. And since they are such bad boys, they will die soon because of their activity. But
