Life Without Laws What would Life be like if there were no laws? Well the answer to that question can be answered in one word: Chaos. How would it be Chaos? There wouldn’t be anything controlling the world. Another word comes to mind, the word Anarchy. The definition of Anarchy is: “political and social disorder due to the absence of governmental control”. Life would be one huge disorder, eventually falling in on itself and throwing society backwards in time. Without any laws there is no force against crime. Meaning that anyone could just walk down the street and pull out a gun, flash a knife, make a racial slur or execute any kind of physical force without any actual repercussion involving their actions. We like to live in a world where we think that there is good in everybody and things like that wouldn’t happen just walking down the street however , it does happen and that is why we have this thing called Criminal Law To stop this sort of thing, but in a day without laws, these actions will run loose. By Human nature, we all have flaws and nothing to control these flaws. It further proves how you would see murder, theft, rape, robbery, kidnapping, any kind of “crime” you can think of. There wouldn’t be any control on absolutely anything. Without control in our society everything would run rampant. There would be no government to control anything. There would be no justice. People can do anything upon their own will and the weaker people who have a hard time protecting themselves will have no actual rights to protect them. As soon as those laws go away, Life's vitals are essentially taken away. People would steal and destroy things like Food, Transportation and shelter and nobody can really say anything about it. They can be upset about it but it doesn't mean they can “legally” do anything about it. Everyone would stop showing up to their jobs
