Human beings of all times and places have been trying to find harmony and proper balance in their lives. The most educated scientists in this field carried out numerous works and researches in order to clarify this subject to themselves and to all humanity. There is a great number of studies and sciences that interrelate tightly with this content area such as sociology, philosophy, psychology, religion, anthropology, medical sciences, history, and many more. However, to me, it is rather difficult to identify any universal formula for harmony and balance in life that would benefit all the human beings equally. This question is very personal and even intimate to every individual hence everybody needs to look for the answer himself. In my opinion finding proper direction where to seek your life harmony means making first step towards it. In the current paper I would like to discuss my personal plan of achieving harmony and balance in my life. Religion plays a vital role in rebuilding hope and making us experience a rare sort of security in our lives. One who has a strong faith in that superior force which controls the world and beyond ,no matter what his/her religion is will always have a positive approach towards everything. Even if things go wrong in life ,his faith will keep him hopeful and give him the courage and capability to make those trials a blessing in disguise. There is another good recipe of achieving harmony in life that I know much about. It is yoga. My elder cousin Carrie takes up this practice for about two years already and I can see a lot of positive changes in her life. Carrie told me a lot about yoga and I became seriously interested in this eastern practice.
