Every saint has a past & every sinner has a future. If you must trust anyone in life - let it be yourself. Always remember that you're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, & smarter than you think. Our lives come in many phases & there comes points when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore, & who always will. But dont worry about the people of the past because there's a reason they didn't make it to your future. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but there's a stronger truth in that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. Time & time again things will happen in your life that you can't stop, but that's no reason to shut out the world... There's a purpose for the good & the bad. When faced with a challenge, look for a way, rather than a way out. & remember that it takes chance to make changes. Growing up you'll have your heart broken, probably more than once, & it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too so remember how it felt when your's was broken. Don't worry about what people say, it's just noise & never look down on someone unless it's because you're helping them up. We learn that even the 1 person who wasn't ever supposed to let you down, probably will. We read love stories that end in "happily ever after," but never taught that most of those novels are fiction & almost nobody has only 1 love story to tell. Some love stories are short stories... but they're still love stories all the same. We're taught to 'believe' in love, but faced with the paradox that the best part of 'believe' is the 'lie'. You should just expect trouble as an inevitable part of life, & when it comes your way revel in the chaos.. For out of chaos comes beauty. I find that nothing feels quite as exhilarating as meeting a challenge. But don't let the challenge become bigger than you. I'm willing to put myself
