Verbal communication is often seen as the main way to communicate, but the use of written communication, body language and gestures can also communicate messages. People with communication try to express their self, their needs, their thought, their opinions, their point of view, their feelings and millions of other reasons. People also communicate for specific reasons, in order to express emotions like: Fear, anger, pain, joy, love etc…. 1.2 Explain how effective communication affects all aspects of own work Communication is the power of any company. Every company needs an effective aspect of communication, because can help to build a good and progressive relationship between team. With effective communication within team, service users and family will enjoy the smoothness and the value of the company. They only way to gain effective communication is to be a good observer and good listener. By becoming a good listener we will be an effective communicator, by becoming an effective communication, we shall able to follow our experience and career. 1.3 Explain why it is important to observe an individual’s reactions when communicating with them Communication is always between two persons. It is not simply about sending a message, but also about knowing if the receiver has understood and processed the message properly.
