She went to segregated public schools. When she graduated, her parents encourages her to continue her education. She was able to achieve several scholarships. Phipps went to college at Howard University in D.C., she was majoring in physics and her minor was mathematics. While she was there she met Kenneth Clark, she did not know it at the time but he became her future husband.
Jamie Foxx Born Eric Morlon Bishop on December 13, 1967 in Terrell, Texas, people know him as the American actor, Jamie Foxx. To divorce with her husband, his mother Loise, let Foxx be adopted by her parents, Mark and Esther Talley, when he was still seven months old. Wanted to be able to play piano, Foxx got his first piano lessons at the age three at his grandmother's insistence. As he grew up, Foxx went to high school during which he played quarterback for his high school team and was good enough that he got press in Dallas newspapers. Went on to college he kept continuing to study music and attended Julliard to study classical piano, where got a music scholarship.

He was assigned a semester-long project that was to devise a small business, including a marketing plan. Synthesizing Bowerman's attention to quality running shoes and the burgeoning opinion that high-quality/low cost products could be produced in Japan and shipped to the U.S. for distribution, Knight found his market niche. Shallenberger thought the idea was interesting, but certainly no business jackpot. Nothing more became of Knight's project but that’s where he got the idea for his company from.

I went to Seymour High School in Seymour, Tennessee where I graduated with honors. While in school I ran track, sang in choir, played soccer, and worked a part time job at a local movie theater. I got my license and a car at age sixteen.
Fisrt of all, Martin Luther King who was raised in a middle-class family, had born in January 15, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia and gone to college and got his PhD; he was so smart because he skipped the first and last year at Booker T washignton Hight school and went directly to the college. After that, he became an activist in the civil right movement and a releigon pastor. He married a women in 1953 who was also an activist in the civil rights fight; this women is Coretta Scott King. Coretta King raised their two sons and two daughters. There are many qualities that conterbuited to Martin Luther King sucsess.
Shawn Thomas was born on January 14, 1971. He lived in Walla Walla, Washington until the age of six, then migrated to Kansas. Thomas attended high school at Jayhawk-Linn. A friend got him hooked on running his senior year. They did workouts together, he said, “I thought I would be pretty good at it, so I gave it a shot.” After senior year he attended college at Emporia State University.
-Firoozeh Dumas, born in Abadan, Iran, came to the United States with her family in 1972 when she was seven years old. It was to be a temporary move. Her father, an engineer for the National Iranian Oil Co., had been given a two-year assignment in the U.S., presumably because he had attended graduate school in America and thus, was assumed to speak fluent English and have a degree of familiarity with American culture. They settled in Whittier, California.The father had spoken about America "with the eloquence and wonder normally reserved for a first love." Thus, the family had high expectations of this country full of "clean bathrooms and very, very kind people.
So much to tell about my experience in school! But then some years were much more interesting. As super-active, second son of a newly-hired librarian I plunged to a new American mission school in 1968. Adjusting in a small town, Nequmte, located about 160 miles south west of Addis Ababa, it was my dream going to first grade like my elder brother, Sahle. The school was small but packed beyond capacity.

Following Spartan High she attended Clemson University and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts focusing in printmaking. Taking a year off she then returned and attended Converse University and graduated in 2003 with a Masters of Education majoring in Elementary Education.
