JCT2 Task 2 A1) There were many aspects considered in selecting how to design the product for the markets that were chosen in the simulation. I considered the markets and their needs, and the products themselves to evaluate which would be the best for my company to bring to market. When I choose the name for the company I wanted to select a name that would suggest to the customer that they were electing to do business with a company that was focused on the cutting edge of technology, and with a company that was committed to delivering business solutions for their growing needs. TechSol was created to relay those principals. The two offerings to be brought to market were also given product names that would hopefully elicit some consideration by the market customer.
The costs for the equipment and security devices are essential to Riordan’s business goals and will ensure the company can function without error into the future. The recommendations provided by Team B are backed with extensive research into the company’s network infrastructure and topology and by studying the current market trends. It is imperative that Riordan Manufacturing implement the recommended equipment and software purchases and upgrades as well as the new network topology provided as this will ensure the corporations safety and productivity now and for years to come. The management team needs to understand that “change is an ongoing and never-ending process of organizational life” (Van de Ven & Sun, 2011, p. 58). After showing the team where they are the next step would be to show them where they can go if they make the necessary changes. During the future state presentation, an outline of how business would increase and improve statistically. Companies often require visual and the future state presentation would provide several visual chart reports showing the company how they will improve their marketability by implementing project management functionality. The increase to employee morale and production would be the closer to this presentation.

What we look for are theories that will influence our workplace configuration.. The goal is to find out from our employees how do they feel about outlook in the future and where they feel their skills are better suited in assisting the companies future success. We also take the individual employees personal into account when developing these theories. We have learned in the past that when you increase responsibilities by challenging people with new projects will improve their engagement in the workplace.

The corporate cultures serve an organization by enabling the organization to be flexible and adapt to the ever-changing competitive landscape (Leban & Romuald, 2008). Home Depot’s leader Robert Nardelli, determined that Home Depot was in need of a culture change. He wanted to change the organizational culture from a laid back, interconnecting organization, to a tough-minded approach to develop power, growth and volume.
