This seems to highlight what I am most exemplary at in terms of leadership, what I am just proficient at, and what presents itself as an opportunity for improvement. The main two strengths include having a work-life balance and being a proactive problem solver. An area of opportunity as indicated by the profile would be having the ability to synergize which is a combination of seeking the views of others and making creative decisions. The two strengths point to qualities I have constantly tried to improve upon. Earlier in my career, I was a bit of a workaholic and tended to bring work home with me.
As long as I found time for myself I was able to juggle my busy schedule. These characteristics of efficiency, organization, and communication were great in contributing to my quality of time management. Yet, learning how to balance so many things in my life at once became very beneficial for the future. To fully attain a quality one must understand the characteristics that make up that quality. That is why it was extremely important to obtain the characteristics of efficiency, organization, communication, and stability.
I know this a great time to go forward applying tools that are available to me at Ashford University. So, this why I decided to return to college I will overcome and improve myself by employing strategies that will make these obstacles bow down. First, I will write down a plan to succeed. A plan that I believe will provides a direction that is best for me. I notice that organizations and confident people write a vision statement for their destiny.
I learned that each person has the responsibility to not only pursue opportunities to advance oneself and create more happiness but also that each person has a responsibility to family. Simply put, I inherited a way of seeing the consequences of my actions, and have been able to develop discernment whether such an action will produce more or less total happiness. Even with aspects of my values and ethics such as responsibility for the family, it is easy to see how being responsible and investing care to my family creates overall for myself and
