Leadership and Regulatory Compliance INTD670-1501A-01 Frederick Rivera Phase 3 DB January 21, 2015 A merger is combinations of two companies which formulate a single company ("Merger," 2015) .Mergers involve dramatic changes in company culture issues and changes must be addressed in order for the merger to be successful. Since the human resources department and leadership teams play an important role in making this merger successful, I will need to prepare for a meeting with the help of these two departments in order to make the merger a success.
