This fourth study is a possible dissertation research topic I may consider pursuing. “Leadership styles and associated personality traits: Support for the conceptualisation of transactional and transformational leadership,” by van Eeden, Cilliers, and van Deventer. The purpose of the “Fearless Dominance and the US Presidency: Implications of Psychopathic Personality Traits for Successful and Unsuccessful Political Leadership,” study was “to determine whether or not Fearless Dominance, which reflects the boldness associated with psychopathy, was associated with better rated presidential performance, leadership, persuasiveness, crisis management, Congressional relations, and allied variables; and if it was also associated with several largely or entirely objective indicators of presidential performance, such as initiating new projects and being viewed as a world figure.” The purpose of “The character to lead: A closer look at character in leadership,” study was to “explored The Worthy Leadership Model's Character to Lead construct, which encompasses three factors (Personal Integrity and Ethics; Organizational Integrity and Courage; and Humility, Gratitude, and Forgiveness) and nine dimensions (personal integrity, ethics, openness, organizational integrity, courage, power, humility, gratitude, and forgiveness)”.
