Launch Critique of BankOnHome The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and critique Hayden R. Oyarzabal paper “Product Launch of 1800 BankOnHome”. In Oyarzabal’s document, he attempts to give detailed information as it pertains to the launch of a new banking platform, that’s aim is to revolutionize the banking system for senior citizens. 1800 BankOnLoan’s hopes to this by allowing those targeted to complete necessary banking transactions from home. Our paper evaluates Oyarzabal’s paper and gives insight and a contingency plan for his product. Detailed Product Description Logo Hulett (2008) states that a company’s brand promises to deliver a certain experience; it helps to provide consistency and clarity of purpose throughout your company and for your customers and potential consumers. Part of the branding puzzle is the logo. Just like branding in general, logo’s help to give a snap shot of the organization as a whole. Oyarzabal does a great job of creating a logo that captures the company’s purpose. He incorporates branding elements, such as the companies contact information into the logo and also the company’s motto. Oyarzabal’s explains his color choices effectively, with the color green symbolizing money and blue as freedom. An example of this is Mercury Motor Groups logo that resembles a waterfall. Every pattern that is represented in the logo has a different meaning. Society, integrity and fairness, and international understanding through trade are all incorporated into the Mercury logo.
