During his session at Drexel he shared something with us that he had never shared with anyone to this day. He talked about his experience when he had a heart attack and was put in a comma because the doctors didn’t think he was going to live. He said that the day of his heart attack he knew something was wrong with him and went to the doctor to get some medication.

Hernandez to a little town far from his hometown. He was the town doctor, and he was good at healing people but not good at listening. Mr. Hernandez’s was surprised when his boss decided to replace him but learned that town doctors not only to heal but also to educate, and more important are part of the town life. In the following assignments, Mr. Hernandez learned from his mistakes and after four years his boss, the one who fired him, retired and recommended Mr. Hernandez to replace him. As chief placement officer, Mr. Hernandez and his team worked more than a year in a new proposal and when were ready to present it to the hospital board, one team member started creating friction among the members.
He was placed in rehab at Heartland Nursing Home to help him regain some use of his left arm and leg. Once at the rehab facility his condition got worse. The workers at the rehab facility did not do their job and just left him in his bed without checking on him. Witch resulted in him getting a bed sour on his left foot and him having to have his leg amputated from the knee down. Once he came home from the rehab facility my girlfriend helped take care of him while I was at work.
Fearing that he had eaten some “bad fi sh” for dinner, Dr. Westwood called a local hospital to describe his condition. Th e numbness in his lips and face made it almost impossible for him to communicate, but the hospital staff managed to at least understand the address he gave them and they sent an ambulance in response. In the spring of 2008, my brother took a turn for the worse; it was as if he had lost the will to live. On the morning of April 20th, 2008, I was lying beside my brother. I had just finished washing his face, and brushing his teeth. I looked over at him, to ask him if he was cold. As I turned my head, I noticed that he had a huge smile on his face.

Based on the examination, the physician orders an MRI to investigate a possible transient ischemic attack (TIA). The range of codes that would be used for this patient would be Codes 390-459 because the treating physician ordered and MRI to rule out a transient ischemic attack. These codes are for Diseases of the Circulatory System 5.
Client admits to loosening the wires on his jaw so that he could practice his singing. A doctor and nurse saw him doing this and told him he needed to keep the wires in there. Client admits to getting angry which led the doctor to give him medication to make him fall asleep. While he was asleep he was handcuffed to the bed. The next day when the client awoke his family and agent were in his room.
Healthcare Issues As the discharge planner for Mr. Trosack, I will need to address several issues before I can safely send him home. He has had several new diagnoses while in the hospital for a fractured hip, and the hip fracture will be the first issue I will address. He will not have the mobility he had before his fall and even though he wants to be independent, he will continue to have issues at home that needs to be addressed. Second, he has been diagnosed with diabetes, and he is in denial about this. He and his family feel that he will be able to control his blood sugar level with diet alone.
