Our focus will be on residential homes, commercial, and online sales. We will target busy professionals and retired residents that may not have the time or the equipment to take care of their own lawns. The peak business will be between April and October. We will provide lawn maintenance in the form of leaf raking and hauling debris during November through March. Financial expectation will be reported in the financial analysis section of this report. By living in the community that I will serve in, I believe I will have a competitive advantage over services located out of the area. Our new online presence will add to our market share.
