He decided to invite his old friend Stephen Katz to hike with him starting in Georgia in March. They bought a lot of equipment from a tent to big backpacking bags that fit a large amount of gear. They were ready to start their adventure but little did they know what type of situations they were getting themselves into. The world is what demands technical advances, which influences materials used in the portraits for the Archibald. As the world often sets guidelines to what is acceptable and not, back in 1943 an artist named William Dobell with a portrait of artist Joshua Smith won the Archibald Prize, but was explicitly battled in court as the portrait was viewed as distorted and caricatured formed. In spite of Dobell’s response to the challenge generating debate he declares “a sincere artist is not one who makes a faithful attempt to put on to canvas what is in front of him, but one who tries to create something which is... a living thing”. This influenced him to create a work in the sculptural setting – and so built it up as a sculptor builds up any form. This culminated in the few aspects of how argument towards the contest is evident.
I had heard about some ‘distance learning’ courses that a few of my colleagues had completed in the past, and enquired to my manager about any available. She informed me that there was an upcoming ‘infection control’ distance learning course, which would gain me an NCFE certificate. I requested to be signed up for this course, as I felt I wanted to learn more about a subject that is very important in my role. It was my job to ensure I phoned Stratford College to arrange my sign up, and take down any notes that were necessary. I used time management to ensure that I met each of my four week deadlines, having done the work to the standard required.

Although it had been a long arduous day, the gratification of completing the move into Martin’s new house lessened the overwhelming impact of fatigue and weariness of their bodies and minds. Martin chose this area to live in because his new house bordered a wooded area of state-owned land that was prime hunting grounds. As they both surveyed the property and the woods beyond, Chris spotted movement at the edge of the tree line. A white tailed buck with an ‘eight point rack’ appeared out of the deep green underbrush meandering
I remember my father taking me to go for hikes up in the mountains and taking me rock climbing on his days off. We used to have long and serious talks during our adventures in natures. He would talked to me about the importance of prioritizing in life, he would say to remember that God should always be my top priority and that everything else would later on come into place. He would tell me about the importance of my value as a young woman, and how I needed to guard my
