None of the employees that are tasked with handling, and decanting of chemicals have any training on how to handle these chemicals. There is no mention, or evidence of any personal protective equipment (PPE) being present or available to employees, even though all of these chemicals are a combination of solvents, acids, corrosives, and detergents. There are also no plans in place to deal with accidents or spills, and therefore the likelihood of one happening is high. There is also no first aid trained person on hand in the case of an accident happening. To address this issue, a stop work notice should be enacted.
