Basically it all amounts to how good, loyal, truthful and responsible one is as a person or as an organization; what ideals one stands for; that can help earn respect and love from others. The good reputation that KFF has earned over time from its customers was not due to its business strategies but as a result of its vision to always provide and do well for others. KFF has always been keen and eager to address even the most trivial needs of their customers. KFF has always reflected to its customers a sense of clarity, loyalty, responsibility and truthfulness. KFF as an organization can continue to grow in its vision only when the employees of KFF also believe and live that vision at their workplace each day. The ethical decisions and conduct of each and every employee of KFF are vital as they directly reflect the values of KFF as an organization to its customers. Having said that, a person with profound ethical and moral values as identified through the WIEAI self-assessment would be a right fit for KFF.
