The technology used by Kimberly- Clark has a number of business benefits. 1. It enables the user to understand consumer behavior and their attitudinal insight without necessarily having to place products into the store itself. 2. Makes the testing of new products twice faster than the conventional 8- 24 months. 3. Makes testing cheaper, more convenient and more accurate. 4. In a virtual setting, companies can change and improve packaging, color scheme and shelf location in just one click. 5. Provides privacy from competitors since tests are done virtually. 2.
