Unemployment always hits individuals the hardest. The jobless lose their self respect, purpose, sense of achievement and, of course, income. It is not just the individuals themselves that are hit; their families also suffer. To compound the problems, the longer a person is unemployed the harder it becomes to find a job. The long term unemployed can really suffer as employers are unwilling to take a chance on someone that no one else was willing to hire. There is also an important impact on society and the economy as a whole. So, what are the ways to avoid unemployment? Firstly, officials should improve on levels of education by training job creators instead of job seekers. Students should have experience of leading their own business while going to university. Nowadays a large stream of students looks for a job which is provided by an employer. Graduates can’t start their own business after the university. Besides, quantity of vacant job places for students without experience is almost absent. To train job creators while studying in higher educational institution is one of the ways to get rid of unemployment. Secondly, it is necessary for people to get specific education and training in a field where unemployment is likely to be low. Today a great number of people attend prestigious courses and faculties. As a result of it, unpopular fields of faculties are attended by a small number of people. It can be hard to predict a field where unemployment is likely to be low far into the future, but the economic and law fields look like a good bet right now. For instance, graduates with law education are not able to find a job concerning their sphere because of a great number of students with such education.
