The company is only 2 years old and is located in Sauble beach off of the main strip, however she is considering expanding into London, Ontario as well. Melcher's company is a retail store focusing on women's casual and athletic wears. Some other products she provides are kid's clothing, hemp necklaces, and emu oil. She attracts customers with her trendy and affordable brands and she targets a range of women aged 14-40. Blue Turtle Clothing Company did not perform as well as Melcher had expected when she first opened the store and she is trying to think of a plan that will make her more money. Situational Analysis Stakeholder preferences Melcher, as the owner of the BTC, is keen to improve her business performance and would like to change the bottom line from red to black with an aim to earn $1400 per summer month. Melcher’s mother is willing to assist her daughter in achieving the desired business performance voluntarily without any compensation. Customers hope to purchase unique, affordable, trendy and comfortable casual and athletic wear as well as other accessories. More specifically, mature women look for comfort and bargain.
