1.-Junk food is always unhealthy? The choices you make at a restaurant can determine whether you eat healthy or not. There are a number of foods you can choose at a fast food place that are healthier than many foods from the grocery store. 2.- Does Healthy Fast Food Actually Exist? The truth is, most mainstream fast foods are over-processed and contain high amounts of fat, cholesterol and sodium with very little protein, vitamin content or dietary fibre. These are definitely not considered healthy fast food, in fact they can actually be classified as junk food. There is one point I would like to make clear, fast food does not necessarily have to be junk food. as awareness has grown for healthier lifestyles, the demand for better quality along with less processed foods, lower-fat choices and fresher ingredients has grown significantly over the last few years.but, Although we're heading in the right direction there is still much confusion about the exact definition of healthy fast food 3.-Does junk food really linked to depression? Some experts says “The more fast food you consume, the greater the risk of depression,” But other experts suggest that it may not be the food that is causing the depression. Researchers also noted that the targeted people, who consumed junk food in big amounts, were less active and more likely to smoke and work greater than 45 hours per week. Keith Ayoob, a registered dietitian and associate professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, commented on these facts, saying, that propensity to eat junk food represents a reflection of depression, not the cause. “This is reflective of a lifestyle with many unhealthy aspects” she says.
