Peer pressure refers to the influence exerted by a peer group in encouraging a person to change his or her attitudes, values, or behavior in order to conform to group norms.Peer pressure can cause people to do things that they don't want to do. Your peers who you hang around can peer pressure you to do something bad or good. Most peers try to peer pressure you to do something wrong. For an example like a friend or someone you hang around. They might do something and want to to do it also. Even though you might not want to do it that person will still peer pressure you to do it. Why do peple peer pressure other people to do to something? I think people use peer pressure on other people because they sometimes feel alone with what they are doing and want someone else to join them. For an example If i had a friend who joined a crew of boys who always hang out together after school. He would want you to join the crew also because he feels like he has left you all by yourself. So he want you to join the crew and him and the crew will peer pressure you to join. Kids who are very easy to peer pressure are the kids who don't have a mind of their own. They have weak minds and will do just about anything to be like the others or just to fit in with others. A lot of kids are peer pressured to do things to hang out with certain people or to be like a certain person. I think everyone should be their self and stop doing what other people
