Cooperating with others means being able to work with others. JROTC helps me learn to cooperate with my classmates. By doing JROTC activities in class with other cadet, I’m able to learn to sharing my ideas and working together to achieve common goal. Leadership is the ability to influence subordinates in order to accomplish a mission. I have learned in JROTC that as a leader if I show my subordinates the values that I have such as respect, loyalty, integrity, honor, duty, selfless service and personal courage, then they will respond in the similar fashion.
JROTC builds team work and helps you build responsibilities. You always have to put in effort to get a good outcome. You have to come motivated to class, or you won't achieve many things. JROTC motivates teens to become better citizens. The program gives you challenges and opportunities to become a better citizen.

SLO demonstrate the extent to which student performance meets expectations or learning. Teachers need direction in order to meet academic proficiencies and to keep student’s interest (Laureate Education, Inc., 2010). After exploring several learning theories and strategies, my own teaching practices are most often modeled by several strategies and learning theories. The Constructivism Theory resonates in some of the techniques I am using in the classroom. Reflecting on student activities and the design my lessons ; I find students are most often engaged in learning activities that are student driven and lead to students constructing their own conclusions. Student often work at stations and learn through team building and planned movement.
I believe that students also need to learn about effective communication strategies primarily in school so that they can find ways to work together with their teachers and peers to find academic success. The successful methods of communicating that is learnt in school can be carried out in communicating with others out side of school as well. Within the classroom I encourage
I will create this environment through an engaging curriculum, personable interaction, topic orientated discussions, and group work. Since my license will include an endorsement in Special Education my classroom management will include a focus on flexibility defined as the ability to respond to the moods, emotions and the capabilities of my students on any given day. Meeting the needs of my students, based on their individual need, will be a crucial part of my classroom management structure. I will accomplishment this by promoting self-management and self-efficacy in my students to the best of their abilities. Creating a predictable, consistent, and success-oriented environment will promote self-management in my students by creating, basic, daily routines with limited changes (Savage & Savage, 2010).
The main goal for me is to see my students improve and give all they can. I will put my older student in situations where they will learn the understanding of positions and game plans, know how to budget time effectively, and also maintaining a high level of concentration. I feel my role as a motivator is extremely important. I will ask my students only to work at the best of their abilities and, in return, I assist in creating a healthy balance between that of hard work and enjoyment. Socially, I want my students to interact and establish good relationships with individuals within their social environment as well as within the community.

I would like to coach at the junior high school level because this is the time when most children develop their brains and motor skills.
