The study takes place on the factors that affect the development of micro enterprises and its major constraints that hinders the development of the sector in Becho Bure Kebele for this purpose the researcher used judgmental sampling technique to explore the major constraints that in habits the sector like infrastructure problem, in availability of sufficient capital to run the business, policy and regulation of development and etc.
The researcher used both primary and secondary source of data. The primary source of data was collected through questionnaires and interview the target area of the study was held in Becho bore kebele, Nigat kokeb enterprises which found in Jimma town and the target population of the study would employees of the organization as well as manger. Again the researcher utilize qualitative and quantitative methods t o process and analyses the collected data. The researcher was be identify the time and cost of budget before the preparation of the original paper.
The analysis part analyses by suing table and percentage. In addition to this the analysis part was described by qualitative method finally on the basis of major findings of the study conclusions were drawn and appropriate recommendations for management decision have been included for future work improvement to the organization.
